North Carolina School Report Card

Just as student report cards provide parents with information on their child's performance, these report cards offer a snapshot of some of the important information about individual schools. Governor Mike Easley, the State Board of Education and State Superintendent Mike Ward are committed to making North Carolina schools the best in the country by 2010. By reviewing the data about individual schools, parents and other citizens can learn more about school progress and resources. Additional information will be included in future report cards to comply with the new federal No Child Left Behind Act. To read more about what's included in these report cards, see the Guide to Reading the School Report Card.
